Fili de le pute, traite

“FILI DE LE PUTE, TRAITE, GOSMARI, ALBERTEL, TRAITE” literaly “SONS OF A BITCH, PULL! GOSMARI, ALBERTEL, COME ON, PULL!
It’s one of the first Italian transcriptions (XI Century) and it appears as a special mix between old Italian and late Latin: pay attention for example to the articulated preposition “DE LE”, completely absent in Latin, or to the missing of the H in the verb “traite” where the Latin says “trahite”.
You can see this inscription in ROME, just in the subterraneans of the BASILICA DI SAN CLEMENTE, just two min. from Colosseum 😛
