Today is the DAY OF SAN MARTINO, we have a proverb for it: “Il giorno di San Martino ogni mosto diventa vino“.It means that today it is the day in which, after the VENDEMMIA, the gathering of the grapes done in September, each MOSTO the unfermented pressed grapes, becomes wine.
This first new wine since now available is called VINO NOVELLO.
